Delivery Access & Refused Deliveries
Important – Please Read Before Ordering
Our ready-made ponds are large, heavy items delivered on specialist transport. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pond can be safely received and moved into position at the delivery address.
Before ordering, please check:
Access width, height and any tight turns,
Gates, fences, walls and pathways,
Ground conditions (gravel, steps, slopes, soft ground, etc.)
That you have suitable equipment and/or help to move the pond into place once delivered.
Delivery is made to the nearest safe and accessible point at your property. Drivers are not responsible for moving the pond into final position.
If Delivery Is Refused
If a delivery is refused on arrival due to access issues, size concerns, or because the item is no longer wanted:
This will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.
We will refund the order in line with consumer cancellation regulations.
However, the direct costs of returning the goods and any failed delivery charges will be deducted from the refund, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for non-faulty goods
These charges reflect the specialist transport and handling costs involved in delivering large items.
