Our Dead on Arrival policy protects you in the rare and unfortunate event that your fish or coral does not survive the delivery process. Should this occur, please send photos and a short video of the species within two hours of signing for the package. The fish/coral must be inside its original box with the bags unopened. 


Aqua Group cannot take responsibility for any fish or coral once it has been introduced to your tank.

Once the DOA has been confirmed, you will be offered a refund for the cost of the fish/coral, or a credit on your account. Postage fees are non-refundable and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, courier delays or shipping errors.
