Description
Gordon Low Firestone PondGard EPDM Rubber Pond Liner (Lifetime Guarantee)
Made in Europe, Gordon Low Firestone PondGard EPDM Rubber Pond Liners are one of our highest quality pond liners. Made from premium 1 mm thick EPDM synthetic supple rubber, these pond liners are excellent value for money and come with a top-in-the-market lifetime guarantee. They are just as suitable for a garden pond as they are for a massive commercial project.
Unlike some garden pond liners, the Firestone pond liner contains no migrating plasticizers, which protects your pond against algae growth and microbial attacks than can be devastating to pond life. The composition of the pond lining also makes repairs easy as the EPDM rubber has been designed for easy patching. Altogether, these features make this pond liner one of the best flexible pond liners on the market.
Are these EPDM rubber pond liners easy to install?
This pond lining is much easier to install neatly as it is softer and stretchier than HDPE or PVC liners. Although this is our most heavy-duty pond liner, it does still need to be installed on a soft bed of pond-grade underlay to help protect against punctures. Like all our pond liners, this lining can be moulded around most pond shapes and sizes to suit both new and preformed pond designs.
How long does a rubber pond liner last?
As one of the best quality pond liners on the market the Gordon Low Firestone lining is tough and UV-resistant. Many liners of this type have been known to still be in top condition twenty years after installation when cared for carefully and combined with a heavy-duty underlay.
What guarantee is included?
Covering damage from frost and UV, these pond liners come with a market-leading lifetime guarantee. As with all pond liners, punctures aren't covered, so we suggest you take extra care and fit a liner with an underlay to protect it from sharp stones and roots.
