The HabiStat Mat Stat is a renowned thermostat, perfect for controlling heat mats & low powered heaters (max. 300 watts).
It switches your heater to full-power until the set temperature is reached & then switches it off until the temp drops below the set value. A power/heat indicator signals when it's in use.
This thermostat is easy to operate, with a dial calibrated in F & C, & a user guide is also provided. Choose from black or white, & avail of its 5-year guarantee.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use this thermostat for controlling light bulbs, as it will distress your animals & overwork the lamps, likely leading to the thermostat failuring. For light emitting heat sources, use a HabiStat Dimming Thermostat.
